Remington High Performance Rifle Features The Remington High Performance Rifle line is built around premium components and the tight manufacturing tolerances that put many home reloading presses on the back shelf. In .17 Rem this load pushes a 25 grain jacketed hollow point bullet to 4040 fps generating 906 ft lbs of muzzle energy for explosive terminal performance on small varmints. The hollow point design is engineered to expand rapidly on impact which is exactly what varmint hunters want for quick humane kills. A ballistic coefficient of .187 reflects the bullet s lightweight high velocity design intended for flat trajectories at typical varmint hunting ranges. Brass cased and boxer primed this load is fully reloadable for shooters who want to reuse their cases after the initial firing. The extreme velocity of the .17 Rem cartridge makes it a favorite among varmint hunters who need minimal bullet drop and wind drift for precise shot placement on small targets. Remington s High Performance Rifle series covers a multitude of calibers and bullet styles to match a wide range of specialized hunting pursuits. Sold 20-rounds to a box the Remington High Performance Rifle is available for sale at GrabAGun for varmint hunters who demand speed and precision.
