Iver Johnson IJ600 Lightweight Features The Iver Johnson Arms IJ600 Lightweight pairs twin 28 vent rib barrels with a 3 chamber that also handles 2-3/4 shells giving the shooter flexibility to run lighter target loads or heavier field loads from the same gun. The over under break action design uses a tang mounted safety with an integrated barrel selector letting the shooter choose which barrel fires first before swinging on a bird. Extractors help clear fired hulls from the chambers and the aluminum receiver keeps the overall weight of the gun down to 5.15 lbs for a day of carrying afield. A fiber optic front sight paired with a mid bead gives a bright fast reference point for wingshooting in variable light. The fixed walnut stock and forend are shaped with a 14.5 length of pull that suits a wide range of shooters and the gun s ambidextrous layout means it comes ready to shoot for right or left handed hunters alike. The engraved silver aluminum receiver sets off the black barrels and walnut furniture for a classic double gun appearance that stands apart from a plain blued field gun. Five interchangeable choke tubes including Full Improved Modified Modified Improved Cylinder and Skeet ship with the shotgun so it can be tuned to everything from close flushing birds to longer passing shots. At 45.25 overall the Iver Johnson Arms IJ600 Lightweight is a versatile over under available at GrabAGun for hunters and clay target shooters alike.
