HSM Hunting Shack Rifle Ammunition Features The HSM/Hunting Shack Rifle Ammunition is built around a 55 grain Sierra Blitzking bullet in .220 Swift chosen for the flat trajectory and violent expansion that varmint hunters look for at long range. The polymer tip on the Blitzking initiates reliable expansion even at the extreme velocities the .220 Swift cartridge is capable of generating. HSM loads this ammunition to take advantage of the Swift s reputation as one of the flattest shooting varmint cartridges available. That combination of speed and bullet design is meant to put fast decisive hits on small fast-moving targets. Sierra s Blitzking bullet is built with a polymer tip over a boat tail design a construction chosen to reduce drag and hold velocity further downrange. HSM s loading of this component keeps the ammunition consistent from round to round which matters for hunters taking precise shots on varmints at distance. The .220 Swift has long been favored by predator and varmint hunters for its combination of speed and light recoil. This HSM .220 Swift Blitzking load is for sale at GrabAGun for hunters who demand accuracy paired with rapid terminal performance.
