Galco APO Strongside/Crossdraw OWB Holster Features The Galco APO Strongside/Crossdraw OWB Holster is a close cousin of Galco s popular DAO and SAO holsters purpose built for outdoor carry of a full-size Kimber 1911 5 pistol. Its versatile design allows the wearer to carry strongside or crossdraw giving hunters and outdoorsmen the flexibility to pick the carry position that suits their activity and body position. The low ride placement keeps the holster clear of backpack straps and other gear which matters when covering long distances on foot or horseback. A tension screw adjustment allows the holster to be custom fit to the pistol for a secure rattle-free carry. Constructed from genuine steerhide in a durable black finish the APO holster is built to handle the rigors of hunting hiking and backcountry travel without breaking down. A traditional retention strap with a glove-friendly polymer tab keeps the pistol secure through brush rugged terrain or while mounted on a horse motorbike or ATV/UTV. This right hand holster is sized specifically for the Kimber 1911 5 barrel length delivering a precise secure fit rather than a generic one. The Galco APO Strongside/Crossdraw OWB Holster is available for sale at GrabAGun for outdoorsmen who need dependable open carry for their 1911 in the field.
