Galco DAO Features The Galco DAO short for Dual Action Outdoorsman is built specifically for the Colt Anaconda with a 4.25 barrel giving revolver hunters a holster molded precisely to their firearm. Constructed of premium steerhide in a tan finish the holster provides the durability needed for field carry while breaking in over time for an increasingly custom fit. The retention strap features a large polymer tab designed to aid in snapping and unsnapping the strap even with a gloved hand a practical detail for hunters working in cold weather. This retention system provides simplicity and security in the brush keeping the revolver secure during rugged outdoor movement. Adjustable tension screws let the wearer fine-tune the holster s grip on the revolver ensuring a custom secure fit that holds the firearm firmly without excessive wear on the leather or the gun s finish. The DAO can be worn strongside or crossdraw at the user s discretion giving hunters flexibility in how they carry depending on their preferred draw stroke and activity. Fitting belts up to 1-3/4 inches wide the holster works with a wide range of outdoor and hunting belts. The Galco DAO in tan for the Colt Anaconda is available for sale at GrabAGun for right-handed hunters who want reliable field carry whether for hunting or protection in bear country.
