CMMG M16 Disconnector Features The CMMG M16 Disconnector is a precision-made replacement part designed to restore or upgrade the trigger group in a compatible AR-platform rifle. As a disconnector it plays a direct role in how the hammer is caught and released during the firing cycle making its fit and finish critical to reliable function. CMMG manufactures this component to the tolerances builders expect from a company with deep roots in AR-platform parts and complete rifles. Its black finish matches the standard appearance of factory fire control components so it blends seamlessly into an existing build. Gunsmiths and home builders replacing worn fire control parts or assembling a lower receiver from individual components will find this disconnector a straightforward drop-in option. Sold as a single unit it is sized for builders who need just the one part rather than a complete trigger group kit. CMMG s broader reputation for AR-platform components gives builders confidence that this small but essential part will function reliably alongside other fire control group pieces. Anyone maintaining an older rifle or finishing a custom build will appreciate having a dependable source for this specific component.
