Champion Targets Impact Steel Prairie Dog Target Features The Champion Impact Steel Prairie Dog target is cut from durable AR500 comparable steel a hardened alloy capable of absorbing repeated rimfire impacts without deforming or wearing through. Its prairie dog silhouette brings a game inspired shape to the range adding visual interest over a standard circle or square plate. A high visibility orange powder coating is applied to the entire target making hits easy to see and confirm even at moderate rimfire distances. This bright finish also helps the target stand out clearly against natural backstops like dirt berms or wooded tree lines. Measuring roughly 7 by 3 inches the target includes a center hole specifically designed for hanging letting shooters set it up quickly on a hanger stand or wire frame without extra hardware. Rated specifically for .22 LR it gives rimfire shooters a dedicated reactive target that rings true steel feedback with every connecting shot. Its compact size and animal shaped profile make it a popular addition to backyard ranges and organized rimfire steel challenges alike. For shooters who want a rugged reusable rimfire target the Champion Impact Steel Prairie Dog is available for sale at GrabAGun.
