Birchwood Casey Steady Shot Foxtrot Features The Birchwood Casey Steady Shot Foxtrot is purpose-built as a rear shooting bag giving the stock a stable platform to rest against while fine elevation adjustments are made with the support hand. Waxed canvas construction provides exceptional durability against the abrasion and weather exposure that comes with regular field use so the bag holds its shape and function over repeated outings. The medium weight fill strikes a deliberate balance between firm support and the flexibility needed to conform to different rest surfaces from a bench top to an uneven field position. A textured surface on the bag s exterior adds secure grip against both the rifle stock and the surface it rests on keeping the whole setup from sliding during a shot. Being lightweight and compact the Foxtrot is easy to pack alongside other range gear or slip into a hunting bag without adding meaningful weight or bulk. The tan finish keeps the bag visually unobtrusive in field conditions where a shooter wants gear that blends into the environment rather than standing out. As a rear bag specifically the Foxtrot complements a front rest to form a complete two-point support system for a stable repeatable shooting position. For hunters and precision shooters who need dependable rear support without carrying extra weight the Steady Shot Foxtrot is a practical addition to any rifle rest setup.
