Birchwood Casey Steady Shot Foxtrot Features The Birchwood Casey Steady Shot Foxtrot rear bag is built from waxed canvas a material chosen for its exceptional durability against repeated handling recoil and outdoor exposure. Inside a medium weight fill strikes a balance between firm support and enough flexibility to conform to the shooter s preferred hold which helps maintain a consistent cheek weld and stock position shot after shot. As a rear bag the Foxtrot is meant to sit under the buttstock providing fine elevation adjustments that complement a front rest for a stable repeatable shooting platform. This setup helps shooters settle into a more consistent position which matters for precision work at the bench. A textured surface on the bag s exterior improves grip against nearly any shooting surface keeping the bag from sliding under recoil on a smooth bench top or uneven ground. At 5.3 pounds and measuring 10 by 6 by 5 inches the heavyweight Foxtrot is substantial enough to anchor a rifle or shotgun without being difficult to carry to and from the range. Finished in black it pairs easily with other gear in a range bag or truck bed. Backed by Birchwood Casey s long history of trusted shooting and gun care products the Steady Shot Foxtrot rear bag gives shooters a durable stable platform for improving consistency on target.
