Bergara Rifles Premier MgLite Barreled Action Features The Bergara Rifles Premier MgLite barreled action is built around the same lightweight heat-dissipating barrel technology found on the MgLite MgMicro Lite and Divide rifles a design purpose-built for backcountry and high-altitude hunts where carrying extra ounces matters. Chambered in .25 Creedmoor the 22 inch CURE threaded barrel carries a 1 in 7.5 inch twist rate suited to the cartridge s heavier-for-caliber bullets helping stabilize them for consistent long-range accuracy. The raw stainless steel and carbon fiber finish resists corrosion while shedding heat quickly during strings of fire. This combination of light weight and thermal management keeps the barreled action shooting accurately even as it heats up in the field. A 5/8x24 threaded muzzle comes fitted with a thread protector giving the shooter a ready path to add a suppressor or muzzle brake without additional gunsmithing. At 28.5 inches overall and 4.25 pounds the barreled action is light enough to build into a mountain rifle without feeling undergunned. Bergara s reputation for match-grade barrel work carries through to this barreled action giving builders a proven foundation to pair with their stock and trigger of choice. For hunters and precision shooters assembling a purpose-built .25 Creedmoor rifle the Bergara Rifles Premier MgLite Barreled Action offers a lightweight accuracy-focused starting point.
