evo.com | K2 Skis > The most easy-going model in K2's long Mindbender menu, the K2 Mindbender 85 Skis are light and confidence-inspiring, and a great way to transition from narrow, flat-tailed rental or beginner models. With the Aspen Micro Block core used in all the Mindbenders but without the metal laminate, the 85 features predictable but forgiving performance and easy direction changes. Sintered Base We recommend a brake width equal to or at most 15 mm wider than the ski waist width. Triaxial Braid A K2-patented machine interlocks strands of fiberglass around a milled core for pronounced torsional strength, while retaining the lively flex patterns inherent in a wood ski. All-Terrain Rocker Skis with All-Terrain rocker have a gradual rise to the tip for great versatility in all conditions, with a short, low rise in the tail for added control variable snow. Aspen Micro Block Core Many small stringers of Aspen give a consistent flex, smooth feel, and damp ride. | K2 Mindbender 85 Skis 2026 - 177
