Zastava ZPAPM70 Features The Zastava ZPAPM70 is built around the time-tested M70 operating system a design Zastava has produced by the millions as the official service rifle of numerous armies worldwide. The chrome-lined 16 barrel in 7.62 X 39 resists corrosion and heat buildup during sustained firing extending service life while maintaining reliable function in adverse conditions. The rugged long-stroke gas piston action shrugs off dirt mud and neglect that would stop many other semi-automatic platforms making it a dependable choice for range use hunting or defensive applications. This lightweight no-nonsense design philosophy is what has made the AK pattern a global standard for durability under real-world conditions. The MLOK compatible Dong-style forend gives shooters a modern mounting surface for lights lasers and grips without altering the classic AK profile while the triangle folding stock reduces overall length for storage and transport when folded. The matte black finish resists wear and provides a low-maintenance surface that stands up to field use and handling. Right-hand ergonomics keep the controls in familiar positions for shooters accustomed to standard AK-pattern rifles easing the transition for those upgrading from other platforms. Together these features make the ZPAPM70 an excellent addition to a hunting and sporting rifle collection for shooters who value simplicity and durability.
