evo.com | Elan Skis > Easy turning confidence across the board is yours with the new Elan Ripstick 84 Skis, a new width aimed at up-and-coming skiers looking for their first pair of "real" skis. As with other skis in the Ripstick series, the 84 provides catch-free turns and smooth transisitons regardless of terrain or snow type, and the 84mm width is a great way to transition from rental or narrow beginner skis. We recommend a brake width equal to or at most 15 mm wider than the ski waist width. Early Rise Rocker Sintered High Speed Gliding Base Dual Woodcore Carbon Deck Technology Carbon Deck Technology combines the powerful rebound of Tubelite Woodcore, with carbon rods and unidirectional carbon (UD) edge bands. These combined technologies provide powerful rebound, torsional rigidity and a strong, stable platform for superior response and a smooth ride. Be kind to your knees and they will be kind to you. The Look SPX 12 GW Pro Ski Bindings are a great place to start, offering 27 mm of vertical elasticity in the heel and 45 mm of lateral elasticity in the toe for superior shock absorption and rentention, keeping you attached to your ski right up until the moment you don't want to be. Hear that? That's your knees breathing a sigh of relief. We recommend a brake width equal to or at most 15 mm wider than the ski waist width. Elastic Travel 27 mm Full Action Toe | 45 mm Elasticity Featuring 45mm of elastic travel and 180deg multi-directional release, the Full Action toe piece delivers best-in-class retention and release and increased coupling strength (boot-to-binding interface) for maximum power transmission. Long Elasticity Longer elastic travel ensures more reliable retention to keep you in when you need. LOOK bindings offer the most elastic travel (lateral and vertical) and the fastest re-centering prior to release, ensuring superior shock absorption to reduce unwanted pre-release. SPX Heel Piece LOOK's SPX heel design offers 27mm of elastic travel for best-in-class shock absorption, confident retention, and a significant reduction in unwanted prerelease. An oversize heel pivot increases coupling strength (boot-binding interface) for more efficient power transmission. | Elan Ripstick 84 Skis 2027 - 168 Package (168 cm) + 90 Adult Alpine Bindings Size 168/90
