On the bottom, the redesigned Missiongrip™ outsole uses Finite Element Analysis to optimize grip and traction across the varied surfaces trail running throws at you. The result is a shoe that feels confident on the trail without feeling heavy or stiff. Sizing runs up half a size, so keep that in mind when you're picking your fit.Why Our Fit Experts Love This Shoe""I took these out on a longer trail run with some rocky sections and a lot of elevation change, and the foam really held up - my feet felt fresh way longer than I expected. The grip on the outsole gave me confidence on loose dirt without feeling like it was slowing me down on the flatter stretches."" - Rachel, Road Runner Sports Fit Expert, Carlsbad, CAWho It's Best ForIf you're a trail runner who logs big miles and needs a shoe that can handle hours on the mountain without wearing you down, the Cloudultra 3 is worth a serious look. It's a great fit for neutral runners who want responsive cushioning and reliable traction on technical terrain - especially if you tend to run long and need a shoe that keeps up.
