A tertiary infrared IFF beacon at 1.72 mW delivers 120 hours of runtime for sustained Identify Friend or Foe identification across extended operations without battery changes. Two toggle switches and a pressure switch provide total independent control over white light IR illumination and IFF beacon modes without accessing a central interface. The MICH helmet light attaches to any MICH helmet via an included ambidextrous mount with 20 preset positions for true 360-degree rotation and lever-release removal for quick servicing battery changes or transfer to other helmets without tools.
