What Our Gearhead(R) Experts Are Saying:"I put these on my dog for a summer hike over hot rock and loose gravel, and she kept her normal stride the whole way without any hesitation. The hook and loop closure made it easy to get a snug fit before we started, and I just did a quick check partway through to make sure everything stayed secure."Ruffwear built the Hi + Light Trail Dog Shoes for the dog who covers rough, unpredictable ground without slowing down, sunbaked rock, loose gravel, and sharp brush along a narrow trail. Slip them on before a hike, and the flexible rubber outsole keeps real ground feel intact, so your dog can move naturally instead of clomping around in something bulky. The engineered knit upper breathes easily while keeping debris out, and a wide opening with hook and loop cinch makes getting them on quick even on a fidgety dog. Reflective trim adds a little visibility for early starts or late finishes on the trail. It is a minimal, flexible shoe built for dogs who want protection without losing their stride.
