The Ruffwear Lumenglow High-Vis Vest is a high-visibility dog vest that pairs high-contrast color blocking with bold reflective accents for walks in low light. A weather- and abrasion-resistant shell with a PFAS-free water-repellent finish stands up to brush and snags, and the relaxed silhouette covers the hips and thighs. What Our Gearhead(R) Experts Are Saying:"The vest goes on over my dog's harness, and the leash clips through the portal on the back. Two side-release buckles close it up, so gearing up before sunrise stays quick."
