"Women's adidas® Adizero Dropset Pro: The Women's adidas Adizero Dropset Pro is a women's-specific cross training shoe built for strength sessions, HIIT workouts, and high-intensity training. If you spend time under a barbell or moving through dynamic circuits, this shoe is designed to stay stable when it matters most while still keeping up when the workout shifts to plyometrics or lateral drills.Lightstrike Pro foam in the midsole resists excessive compression during heavy lifts, so the platform stays firm and controlled rather than sinking underfoot. Energy Rods add midfoot structure that helps you stay balanced through lateral movements and quick direction changes. The engineered mesh upper keeps airflow moving while holding the foot securely in place, and the Lighttraxion outsole with Continental™ rubber gives you confident grip on gym and training surfaces. Sizing runs up half a size, so keep that in mind when selecting your fit.Why Our Fit Experts Love This Shoe""I put these on for a strength and conditioning session and immediately noticed how grounded they feel during squats - there's no wobble or sink. Then we moved into box jumps and lateral shuffles, and they handled the transition without missing a beat. If you train hard and want a shoe that doesn't feel like a compromise between lifting and conditioning, this one is worth a serious look."" - Hallie, Road Runner Sports Fit Expert, Phoenix AZWho It's Best ForIf you train across strength work and high-intensity conditioning, the Women's adidas Adizero Dropset Pro gives you the stable platform you need for lifting without sacrificing the responsiveness required for HIIT and plyometric movements. It's a strong fit for women who want one shoe that handles both sides of a training session - firm enough for the weight room, agile enough for the conditioning floor.
