"Women's adidas® Dropset 4: The Women's adidas Dropset 4 is a cross-training shoe built for athletes who move between lifting, jumping, and conditioning work without wanting to swap footwear between sets. If your workouts mix strength training with dynamic movement - box jumps, rope climbs, sprints - this shoe is designed to handle all of it. The REPETITOR foam midsole absorbs impact and gives a responsive rebound so you're not losing energy between reps, and the GEOFIT® collar with adjustable lacing locks your heel in place whether you're under a barbell or pushing through a conditioning circuit. The outsole pairs high-abrasion TPU with Continental™ Rubber for grip that holds on gym floors and pavement alike. The Footadapt sockliner molds to your foot over time, which means the fit gets more dialed in the more you wear it. The overall construction balances the stability you want for heavy lifts with enough flexibility to move freely during faster, more athletic work - a combination that's genuinely hard to find in a single training shoe. Sizing runs up a full size, so keep that in mind when ordering. Why Our Fit Experts Love This Shoe""I put these on during a workout that had both deadlifts and sprint intervals, and they held up well on both ends. The heel felt really secure during the lifting portion, and the rebound in the foam was noticeable when I moved into the conditioning work. These aren't just a gym shoe - they actually perform when things get fast."" - Sabrina, Road Runner Sports Fit Expert, San Diego, CAWho It's Best ForIf you train in a gym setting and your sessions regularly combine strength work with high-intensity movement, the adidas Dropset 4 is worth a close look. It's a strong fit for women who want one cross-training shoe that can handle weightlifting stability and athletic conditioning without compromise. The locked-in heel fit makes it especially useful for anyone who prioritizes control during lower-body strength work, while the responsive midsole keeps things moving when the workout shifts to speed and agility.
