"ROLL Recovery® R3: The ROLL Recovery® R3 is an orthopedic foot roller designed to target foot recovery with precision. Its asymmetrical shape focuses pressure on the inner, middle, and outer parts of the foot, addressing the plantar fascia and intrinsic foot muscles in ways a standard round roller cannot. Built firm and stable enough to support your full body weight, the R3 delivers consistent, controlled pressure without shifting or collapsing underfoot - so you can actually work through tight spots rather than just rolling over them. Compact and lightweight, it travels easily in a gym bag or luggage for post-run recovery, long runs, or any day when your feet feel fatigued. The non-slip base keeps the R3 in place on any surface, so you can focus on the massage rather than managing the tool. Beyond foot recovery, it functions as a small, portable body roller for other areas when you need targeted relief. Developed through collaboration with therapists and elite athletes, the R3 is an FDA Registered Medical Device - a designation that reflects its focused, therapeutic design. The asymmetrical construction captures the inside, outside, and center of the foot in a single tool, making it a practical option for runners and active individuals who want targeted foot massage without carrying multiple recovery accessories. Why Our Fit Experts Love It""I started using the R3 after long run days when my feet felt tight and fatigued. The asymmetrical shape reaches spots that a standard round roller misses, and the firm construction holds up under full body weight without any give - it's become a regular part of my post-run routine."" - Sawyer, Road Runner Sports Fit Expert, Wilmette ILWho It's Best ForThe ROLL Recovery® R3 is best for runners, athletes, and active individuals who experience soreness or tightness in the feet after training, long runs, or extended periods on their feet.
