"ROLL Recovery® R8 Plus: The R8 Plus is a deep tissue massage roller designed for runners, cyclists, and active individuals who need targeted muscle recovery after training, long runs, or intense workouts. An adjustment dial built into the frame lets you dial in the precise amount of compression force, so the roller can be used gently after a hard effort or with more intensity during a focused hamstring or quad massage session. The compact design means consistent recovery work is possible whether at home, at the gym, or on the road. The R8 Plus targets major muscle groups including the IT-bands, quads, hamstrings, calves, shins, gluteus, and arms. A patented integrated mechanism is hidden within the frame, keeping the adjustment function reliable and easy to operate without interrupting the rolling motion. The tool is an FDA Registered Medical Device (#D229174), and it may qualify as a reimbursable expense under FSA, HSA, or HRA accounts. This unisex recovery tool is built for anyone who wants to take the effort out of deep tissue massage work and maintain consistent muscle care between training sessions. Why Our Fit Experts Love It""I started using the R8 Plus after long run days to work through tightness in my quads and hamstrings.
