"Nathan® QuickStart 3.0 6L with 1.5L Bladder: The Nathan® QuickStart 3.0 6L with 1.5L Bladder is a lightweight hydration vest built for trail running, hiking, and longer outdoor efforts where you need reliable water access and organized gear storage without extra bulk. With 6L of total capacity, it carries everything you need for extended time on the trail. The included 1.5L QuickStart bladder features an updated push-pull bite valve that makes drinking and cleaning straightforward during and after activity, while tiered flask pockets on the front straps keep your hydration within reach without requiring you to stop or remove the pack.At just 8.59 ounces without the bladder and 13.55 ounces with it, the vest stays light enough to move freely across varied terrain. A back elastic bungee cord handles compression storage so extra layers or gear can be secured on the outside when conditions change mid-run, and an elastic pole keeper adds utility for those carrying trekking poles on longer outings. The combination of front-access flask storage and rear bladder compatibility gives this vest a practical, organized layout for runners and hikers who need both hydration options in a single pack. Why Our Fit Experts Love It""I took the QuickStart 3.0 out on a long trail run where I needed both my flasks and the bladder going at the same time. The front pockets kept my flasks easy to grab on climbs, and the bungee cord on the back held my extra layer without shifting around as the miles added up."" - Sean, Road Runner Sports Fit Expert, Chula Vista, CAWho It's Best ForThe Nathan® QuickStart 3.0 6L with 1.5L Bladder is best for trail runners, hikers, and outdoor athletes who need organized hydration storage for efforts lasting several hours.
