"Women's Saucony® Kinvara 16: The Women's Saucony Kinvara 16 is a lightweight neutral running shoe built for runners who want a fast, flexible feel without giving up the ability to handle everyday training miles. At 6.3 ounces with a 4mm heel-to-toe drop, it sits low to the ground and moves with your foot rather than working against it. If you like a shoe that feels quick and nimble whether you're running easy or pushing the pace, the Kinvara 16 is worth a serious look. The PWRRUN midsole returns 3% more energy than before with a softer, smoother ride, and improved abrasion resistance means it holds up longer under regular use. Updated Kinvara geometry lowers the sidewall and straightens the medial forefoot, which translates to a more natural toe-off and a snappier stride. A sculpted, anatomical heel cup wraps the back of your foot securely without creating pressure points, so the fit stays comfortable mile after mile. The minimal, low-profile platform keeps the shoe light and flexible - exactly what you want when transitions need to be quick and your stride needs to flow. Why Our Fit Experts Love This Shoe""I put these on for a tempo run and immediately noticed how low and connected they feel - there's not a lot between you and the road, which I really like. The heel fit was snug right away without any adjustment, and the toe-off felt natural and quick. These are the kind of shoes I reach for when I want to feel fast without overthinking my footwear."" - Sawyer, Road Runner Sports Fit Expert, Wilmette ILWho It's Best ForIf you're a neutral runner looking for a lightweight daily trainer that can handle both easy miles and faster workouts, the Kinvara 16 is a strong fit.
