"Men's Saucony® Kinvara 16: The Men's Saucony Kinvara 16 is a lightweight neutral running shoe built for runners who want a fast, flexible feel without giving up the ability to log real daily miles. At 7.3 ounces with a 4mm heel-to-toe drop, it sits low to the ground and moves with your foot rather than working against it. If you like a shoe that feels quick and nimble but can still handle a full week of training, this is the kind of trainer that earns regular rotation. The PWRRUN midsole returns 3% more energy with a softer, smoother ride, and the improved abrasion resistance means it holds up longer than you might expect from a shoe this light. Updated Kinvara geometry lowers the sidewall and straightens the medial forefoot, which translates to a more natural, snappy toe-off on faster efforts. A sculpted anatomical heel cup keeps your foot locked in without any irritation, and the minimal low-profile platform keeps transitions quick and strides fluid. Whether you're running tempo workouts or just putting in easy miles, the Kinvara 16 stays out of your way and lets you run.Why Our Fit Experts Love This Shoe""I keep recommending the Kinvara to runners who feel like their daily trainer is slowing them down. It's light enough that you notice it on faster runs, but it's not so minimal that your legs pay for it the next day. The heel fit is really dialed in - no slipping, no hot spots."" - Dave, Road Runner Sports Fit Expert, San Diego, CAWho It's Best ForThe Kinvara 16 is a strong fit for neutral runners who want a lightweight daily trainer that can flex between easy runs and faster tempo efforts. If you prefer a low-drop, low-profile ride and like a shoe that feels quick without being stripped down to nothing, this one is worth a close look. It works especially well for runners who log moderate weekly mileage and want one shoe that handles both the grind and the go-fast days.
