The Marin Alcatraz Jr. 24" Bike is ready for dirt jumps, pump tracks, skateparks, slopestyle, or virtually anything you throw at it. It has a Series 3 6061 aluminum frame and a Marin Series 2 Cro Mo 24" fork that is suspension-corrected so you can swap it out for a 100mm fork. The Alcatraz uses 24" wheels and features a threaded bottom bracket, ISCG-05 tabs, internal cable routing, horizontal dropouts, and a chain tension device. The Jr. version of the Marin Alcatraz comes with a simple single-speed drivetrain with a 32T chainring up front and a 14T single-speed cog on the rear. Tektro MD-M280 mechanical disc brakes on the front and rear provide highly reliable stopping power so you can stop and slow down under control. With the Marin Custom Extrusion Rims and Vee Tire Rail Tires, you'll have a fast-rolling setup that also has ample traction on hardpack dirt.
