What Our Gearhead(R) Experts Are Saying:"These gaiters are a must when I'm hiking through brushy trails or kicking up gravel. They keep dirt and pebbles out of my boots and fit easily over everything from trail runners to mid hikers. They're light enough to forget you're wearing them, but durable enough for rough terrain."We trust the Rocky Mountain Low Gaiters II when our adventures take us off the beaten path. Whether we're hiking through scree fields, scrambling across muddy trails, or navigating thick underbrush, these gaiters protect our ankles and keep trail debris out of our boots. Outdoor Research updated the fit and pattern on this version to better match modern boot profiles. The abrasion-resistant nylon is treated with a PU coating for water resistance, while the Hypalon instep strap adds long-lasting durability underfoot. Reinforced lace hooks and a secure hook-and-loop closure ensure a snug fit that won't shift mid-hike. Lightweight, packable, and trail-ready, these gaiters are an easy addition to our go kit.
