Birchwood Casey Patches Features The Birchwood Casey Patches are cut to a 1 inch square size specifically for cleaning .17 and .22 caliber airguns giving a proper fit on small-bore cleaning rods and jags without excess material bunching inside the bore. A double cross weave pattern construction increases the fabric s surface area and absorbency letting each patch hold more solvent and pick up more fouling per pass than a simple single-weave patch. The material is lint-free meaning it will not leave stray fibers behind in the bore that could affect accuracy on the next shot. This level of attention to material quality reflects Birchwood Casey s long history supplying cleaning products to shooters across every caliber and gauge. Packaged in a bulk 1 000 count box these patches are sized for shooters and range operators who clean .17 and .22 caliber airguns frequently and do not want to restock every few weeks. Buying in this quantity also reduces the per-patch cost compared to smaller retail packs which matters for anyone running a regular cleaning regimen. Highly absorbent lint-free patches like these are a simple but essential consumable for maintaining accuracy and extending the service life of a bore. For airgun owners who clean often this 1 000 pack of 1 inch square patches is available for sale at GrabAGun.
