Cimarron Firearms Lightning Dual Cylinder Features The Cimarron Firearms Lightning Dual Cylinder ships with two interchangeable cylinders letting shooters swap between 9mm Luger and .38 Special without changing firearms a rare convenience for a single-action revolver. Designed along the lines of the classic 1877 Colt double-action the Lightning maintains the grace of the 19th century original while replacing its fragile internal mechanisms with a simpler more durable single-action design. The blued 3.5 barrel and cylinder pair with a color case hardened steel frame creating the classic two-tone contrast collectors and cowboy action shooters favor. This combination of historic styling and modern engineering makes the Lightning a standout among reproduction revolvers. A wood grip rounds out the birds head profile offering a comfortable traditional hold that suits fast repeated single-action shooting. The steel frame and cylinder construction provide the heft and durability needed for extended range sessions or cowboy action competition. Cimarron s founder Mike B. Harvey engineered this revolver specifically to give modern shooters 21st century reliability in a package that still captures the character of the Old West sixgun. For shooters who want authentic styling with genuine dual-caliber versatility the Lightning Dual Cylinder is a standout choice.
