Cimarron Firearms 1876 Centennial Features The Cimarron Firearms 1876 Centennial is built to recall the original frontier rifles it replicates chambered in the authentic .50-95 Centennial cartridge and cycled through a traditional lever action. The 28 inch octagonal barrel carries a 1:48 twist rate suited to the era-correct loads this rifle was designed around and its standard blue finish extends across the barrel tubular magazine barrel band and fore-end. A semi-buckhorn rear sight paired with a blade front sight gives shooters the classic sighting picture of the period. This rifle is built for those who want more than a display piece delivering genuine function alongside its historical styling. The case colored hardened receiver lever trigger hammer and crescent steel butt plate set this rifle apart visually giving it the mottled vibrant finish prized on originals from the era. The Walnut stock is fitted for durability and a traditional feel in hand rounding out a rifle that looks every bit the antique while standing up to modern use at the range or in cowboy action competition. Cimarron s attention to period detail extends throughout the build making it a standout in a collection of historical arms.
