Mi-cuit foie gras is partially cooked and pasteurized so that the product has a longer life, but the lovely flavor and smooth texture of the duck liver is preserved. Creamy, rich, with that classic rustic and wild flavor of duck. Serve chilled, spooning out of the jar and onto a baguette or country bread. Avoid spreading to fully appreciate the texture. Serve with a sweet Port wine, paired with some fresh fruit and a drizzle of sweet preserves.
