U.S. Model 1847 Artillery Musketoon. Dated 1851 on lock and 1852 on barrel. This gun is "in the black" and has not been "cleaned". Wood edges and mortises are sharp. This gun was stored since the 1960's when the original collector bought the gun. We decided not to clean it and leave that to the next owner's wishes. (AL4084)
