Product Description
Kershaw Knives has partnered with Emerson Knives to create a line of knives that seamlessly blend Kershaw's precise engineering with Emerson's dedicated functional design. The CQC-4K model showcases a drop-point blade ideal for versatile cutting tasks. Its black-oxide coating not only shields the blade but also ensures it remains non-reflective. The front scale of the handle is crafted from coyote brown G10 providing a firm grip while the back of the handle features stainless steel with a black-oxide finish. To ensure the blade locks securely the CQC-4K is equipped with a frame lock. This knife is manually opened using either the thumb disk or the distinctive Emerson wave-shaped feature. This innovative opening method allows the knife to be ready for use as soon as it is drawn from the pocket. As the knife is fully removed the blade is automatically deployed. The small wave-shaped tab on the blade's top is designed to catch on the pocket seam facilitating this swift opening. This rapid deployment feature is particularly favored by military personnel rescue workers and law enforcement officers.Key features of the CQC-4K include its Emerson design and Kershaw construction manual opening mechanism thumb disk and wave-shaped opening feature. It also includes a liner lock for safety a reversible pocket clip for left or right tip-up carry and a lanyard hole for additional convenience.
