The Viper Archery Products Sidewinder Double Up Pin Bow Sight is designed for compound-bow hunters and 3D archers who want two aiming references within the open view of a vertically adjustable sight. This configuration uses two same-size .019-inch fiber-optic aiming points, placing green on top and red on the bottom for quick visual separation. Its gear-driven elevation system lets the archer change the sight position by turning the four-winged aluminum adjustment knob at the rear. No separate lock screw, handle or lever must be released before making a distance adjustment, keeping the process straightforward in the field or on the range. The Delrin transfer system provides smooth movement while keeping the housing horizontal throughout its travel. Nearly two inches of vertical movement are available in less than one complete turn of the knob, allowing the sight to cover a practical range of marked distances. A stainless steel indicator pin aligns with the replaceable marking-tape area so yardage references can be tailored to the bow and arrow setup being used. The Sidewinder is built from 6061-T6 aluminum with stainless steel hardware, balancing durability with a published weight of 7.5 ounces. Its 2-inch aperture provides a clean sight picture, while the highly visible bubble level measures 1 inch long and 0.35 inch in diameter to help the archer monitor bow cant. Second-axis adjustment supports proper leveling, and Allen-wrench adjustments allow the housing position to be fine-tuned for elevation and windage during setup. The housing is also threaded to accept an optional lens and sight light, giving the user flexibility to adapt the sight for hunting or target applications. At 6.75 inches long, this Sidewinder combines a compact fixed mounting arrangement with an intuitive movable-housing design and the added versatility of two color-coded aiming points.Specifications and Features: Double Up pin with .019-inch fibers Green upper aiming point and red lower aiming point Tool-free gear-driven elevation adjustment 2 inches of vertical sight travel 2-inch aperture with 1-inch bubble level Second-axis adjustment 6061-T6 aluminum construction Stainless steel hardware Threaded for an optional lens and sight light Length: 6.75 inches Product Weight: 7.5 ounces Brand: Viper Archery Products Series: Sidewinder Product Type: Compound Bow Sight Manufacturer Part Number: SW-DU-19 UPC: 813062015802
