H&N Crow Magnum airgun pellets are designed for shooters seeking a medium-weight hollow-point option for .177-caliber air rifles and pistols. This exact configuration contains 400 pellets in a compact metal tin, with each pellet weighing 8.8 grains and measuring 4.5mm in caliber. The Crow Magnum uses a smooth diabolo profile with a broad, deeply recessed hollow-point nose. That shape is intended to promote pronounced impact and deformation, making the pellet suitable for pest control and small-game applications where airgun hunting is lawful. Its combination of moderate weight and hollow-point construction also makes it a practical choice for testing reactive targets or evaluating how a particular airgun performs with an expanding pellet design. H&N specifies a ballistic coefficient of 0.014 and a maximum recommended shooting distance of 30 meters. The manufacturer also recommends using these pellets in an airgun producing at least 12 foot-pounds of muzzle energy, so shooters should confirm the output and caliber of their equipment before use. As with any airgun ammunition, actual accuracy and downrange performance will depend on the barrel, powerplant, velocity and shooting conditions. The 400-count tin provides enough pellets for sight-in work, accuracy testing and continued field use without the bulk of a larger package. Made in Germany by Haendler & Natermann, Crow Magnum pellets are manufactured for .177-caliber rifled airgun barrels and offer a clearly identifiable alternative to conventional domed, pointed or wadcutter designs. Always use these pellets with a compatible .177-caliber airgun, follow the airgun manufacturer's instructions and observe all applicable hunting and pest-control regulations.Specifications and Features: .177 caliber / 4.5mm airgun pellets 8.8-grain pellet weight Large hollow-point design Smooth diabolo profile 400 pellets per tin Ballistic coefficient: 0.014 Maximum recommended distance: 30 meters Minimum recommended muzzle energy: 12 ft-lbs Made in Germany Brand: H&N Sport Series: Crow Magnum Product Type: Airgun Pellets Manufacturer Part Number: 92224500004 UPC: 4047058022574
