The GGP AR-10 handguards are meticulously crafted from 6061-T6 Aircraft Grade Aluminum and completed with a True Black Type III Class 2 Hard Coat Anodizing. These products are offered in both 15-inch and 18-inch lengths. With an internal diameter of 1.380 inches these handguards use a standard barrel nut that eliminates the need for timing. To install simply secure the barrel nut to 65 ft-lbs slip the handguard on until it aligns perfectly with the upper receiver. The left and right side index tabs ensure stability during use preventing any twisting. Two included fastening screws can be used to secure the handguard tightly around the barrel nut with a recommended torque of 35 in-lbs.This handguard features a full-length picatinny top rail with engraved numerical T-markings for precise attachment. It includes a non-proprietary barrel nut and two fastening screws for ease of use.
