The Avet HX MC Raptor Two-Speed Lever Drag Conventional Reel gives offshore anglers cast control, drag power, and cranking range for tuna, grouper, amberjack, striped bass, halibut, and other hard-pulling saltwater targets. Its Magic Cast adjustable magnetic anti-backlash system helps control spool speed during the cast, reducing line overrun and bird nests when pitching live bait, throwing irons, or sending baits away from the boat. A powerful dual carbon fiber drag system adds the stopping power needed for deep drops, heavy structure, and long fights, while precision-machined 6061 T-6 marine-grade aluminum and stainless steel components keep the reel rigid and corrosion-resistant. The silent dog and gear anti-reverse system gives solid hook-setting response, and the two-speed retrieve lets anglers shift between speed and torque. Available in left- or right-hand retrieve, with Glide Plate options.
