The Avet HX MC Raptor Three-Speed Lever Drag Conventional Reel gives offshore anglers the cranking control, drag power, and casting control needed for tuna, wahoo, grouper, amberjack, halibut, and other hard-pulling saltwater fish. Its powerful dual carbon fiber drag system helps apply smooth pressure through long runs and deep-water fights, while the three-speed gearing lets anglers switch between fast line pickup, controlled retrieves, and low-speed torque when heavy fish stay pinned near the bottom. The Avet HX MC Raptor 3-Speed Reel pairs precision-machined 6061 T-6 marine grade aluminum and stainless steel components with a 9BB bearing system for dependable offshore performance during trolling, live bait fishing, jigging, and casting applications. The Magic Cast adjustable magnetic anti-backlash cast control system uses Lenz Law to help reduce line overrun and bird nests while casting, giving anglers more control with heavy baits and changing wind conditions. A silent dog and gear anti-reverse system adds solid hook-setting power, and left- or right-hand retrieve options let anglers match their preferred setup.
