evo.com | Yes. Snowboards > The Yes. Basic Snowboard started it all, a go anywhere, do anything freestyle ripper built for riders who just want to shred. No gimmicks, no nonsense, just pure snowboarding the way it was meant to be ridden. This year's model gets an upgrade with a Sintered Ptex base and UnderBite edge technology so your edges actually hold when you need them to. Life's complicated enough, your snowboard doesn't have to be. Get back to Basics! Flex Rating 6 (1 Soft - 10 Stiff) 10 Pack 2 x 4 Inserts Biax Glass Biaxial or "Biax" fiberglass consists of fibers running in two directions, typically along the length and width of the board. This construction provides a balanced flex pattern, making the snowboard more forgiving and easier to control. It enhances torsional flexibility, allowing for smoother turns and maneuvers, which is particularly beneficial for riders who prioritize a playful and versatile riding experience rather than aggressive performance. Sintered YES Snowboards' sintered bases are crafted by fusing tiny polyethylene particles under heat and pressure, creating a porous, durable surface. Known for superior speed and wax absorption, these bases are favored by advanced riders for their high-performance capabilities in various snow conditions. Flow Core The Flow Core is made from 100% Poplar wood. Poplar is a lightweight wood that gives the board a consistent flex, and an energetic feel (with a nice flex and good pop). Given that Poplar is slightly denser than other woods, it has earned a reputation for being highly durable. | Yes. Basic Snowboard 2027 - 161
