The Park Tool ASF-3 Pivoting Extension Arm is a repair stand accessory designed for mechanics working with bicycles that have non-standard frame geometry integrated bottom brackets low-slung frames or other configurations that cannot be adequately supported from a standard clamp position. The ASF-3 installs onto the ASF-1 Adjustable Support Fixture (sold separately) and adds an articulating extension arm that reaches up to 24 inches from the ASF-1 main crossbar locking into one of five angle positions. Once installed the ASF-1 support forks or ASF-24 can be mounted to the extension arm enabling under-frame support where conventional clamping is not possible. The ASF-3 is compatible with the ASF-1 system and is not intended for use with the ASF-2 Clamp Adapter Add-On.
