Wicked Ridge Match 400 Features The Wicked Ridge Match 400 carbon crossbow arrow uses a stainless steel insert to shift weight forward and improve front of center by 14% a change that produces tighter groupings and more forgiving downrange flight. Every shaft is inspected individually for straightness to within .004 ensuring each of the three arrows in the pack flies consistently with the others. A weight tolerance of plus or minus 2 grains keeps the arrows matched closely enough that point of impact stays predictable from shaft to shaft. At 400 grains total weight and 20 in length the arrow is purpose built for TenPoint and Wicked Ridge crossbows that call for this exact shaft length and mass. TenPoint s Alpha-Nock HP is the key to the arrow s accuracy with a deep bowstring groove and a large smooth radius base that let the string wrap tightly around the center of the nock for straight nock travel. The elongated ears of the Alpha-Nock hold the bowstring securely in place even on extremely narrow crossbow tracks preventing shoot-over or shoot-under that can ruin accuracy. A 61-grain aluminum insert anchors the broadhead or field point end of the shaft while 3.5 Bohning X Vanes fletched slightly offset deliver stable consistent arrow flight. Sold three to a pack the Match 400 gives crossbow hunters a matched set ready to shoot straight out of the package.
