TR Imports Sidekick Features The TR Imports Sidekick operates on a straightforward break action design making it an approachable option for new shooters learning the fundamentals of loading firing and safely handling a shotgun. Chambered in .410 gauge with a 3-inch chamber the Sidekick offers manageable recoil well suited to younger or smaller-framed shooters. Three interchangeable Mobil pattern choke tubes give shooters flexibility to pattern the shotgun for different distances and applications from small game to clays. A Picatinny rail machined onto the receiver allows for the direct mounting of a red dot optic and this package includes a Konus Nuclear red dot for quick target acquisition. Durable synthetic furniture built in a compact stock configuration with a shortened length of pull makes the Sidekick comfortable for shooters with smaller frames or less experience. The black oxide finish on the metal components provides reasonable corrosion resistance for a shotgun intended for regular field and range use. At roughly 4 pounds 8 ounces unloaded the Sidekick remains lightweight and easy to carry and maneuver throughout a day of shooting. With its simple operation included optic and versatile choke selection the TR Imports Sidekick package delivers an accessible entry point into shotgunning for new and younger shooters alike.
