Stroup Knives TU2 Features The Stroup Knives TU2 is built around a 4.5 inch drop point blade machined from 1095 high carbon steel a material prized for its toughness and ability to take and hold a sharp edge through demanding use. A plain edge gives the blade a clean consistent cutting surface suited to everything from food prep to emergency cutting tasks. At 0.19 inches thick the blade has enough mass to handle harder use like batoning or prying without excessive flex. Hardened to 58-59 on the Rockwell scale the TU2 balances edge retention with the toughness needed to avoid chipping under stress. The knife s slim extended handle is wrapped in camo G-10 a durable composite material that remains grippy even when wet and resists the wear that natural handle materials can suffer. This handle length is specifically sized for larger hands giving users more leverage and control during demanding tasks. A built-in finger hook on the handle allows for fast confident sheath removal without fumbling which matters when speed counts. Handmade in the USA as a single fixed blade knife with an 8.75 inch overall length the Stroup Knives TU2 is a rugged reliable tool for survival tactical and everyday outdoor use.
