Smith Extreme Ops Karambit Features The Smith Extreme Ops karambit features a 3.25 inch blade made from 8Cr13MoV stainless steel a tough corrosion-resistant steel that holds an edge well through repeated use. The blade carries a black finish and a plain edge suited to the quick slashing and hooking motions a karambit is designed around. Full tang construction runs the steel through the entire handle giving the knife added strength and durability for hard use. The karambit-style blade shape is purpose-built for self-defense with a curved profile that excels at close-quarters retention and control. The handle is built from black G10 a tough synthetic material that resists moisture and wear while providing a textured surface for a secure grip even in wet conditions. A finger loop at the base of the handle adds retention helping keep the knife in hand during high-stress situations. An included polymer molded sheath allows for quick deployment and safe carry whether clipped to a belt or stored in a bag. At 7 inches overall this Extreme Ops Karambit is compact enough for daily carry while remaining a serious self-defense tool.
