PPU Stars & Stripes Defense Features The PPU Stars & Stripes Defense 12 gauge load is loaded with 9 pellets of lead 00 buckshot at a full power velocity of 1200 fps giving it the energy and pellet spread that a defensive shotgun load needs. The 2-3/4 shell length and high brass hull are built to cycle reliably across a wide range of shotgun actions from classic pump guns like the Remington 870 and Mossberg 590 to semi-autos like the Benelli M1 Super 90 and even single shot or side by side coach guns. A 209 primer ignites each shell consistently which matters when a defensive load has to fire without hesitation. The plastic hull construction keeps the shell durable in storage while standing up to the chamber pressures of a full power 00 buck load. This load ships as a 250-round case giving a shooter a large supply of dependable buckshot for practice home defense stockpiling or range sessions without running low. Produced by PPU and imported from Italy the Stars & Stripes Defense line brings a classic 00 buckshot formula built around consistent pellet count and velocity shell to shell. The combination of a full power charge and a proven 9-pellet 00 buck payload makes this load well suited for close range defensive scenarios where stopping power matters most. Stocking up on this PPU Stars & Stripes Defense 00 buckshot case is a practical choice for any shotgun owner preparing a dedicated home defense load.
