Pioneer Arms Hellpup UTG Tactical Features The Pioneer Arms Hellpup UTG Tactical runs a gas piston operating system paired with an internal hammer firing system a combination that keeps the action running cleanly and reliably shot after shot. Its 11.73 inch button pulled nitride barrel carries a 1-9 twist rate and a faux booster muzzle device giving the pistol a controlled compact profile without sacrificing the ballistic performance 7.62x39 is known for. The barrel is threaded 14x1mm LH the traditional AK pattern so period correct muzzle devices and accessories bolt right on. A forged front trunnion and 90 degree gas block bring the rugged over-built construction the AK platform has relied on for decades. A 6061-T6 aluminum UTG PRO AK Super Slim drop-in MLOK handguard replaces the traditional wood furniture giving the shooter a slimmer grip and modern real estate for lights lasers and grips. The rear trunnion carries a 1913 Picatinny rail a feature unique to the PRO model letting a pistol brace or stock go on quickly with the proper NFA paperwork. An adjustable blade rear sight and post front sight provide dependable iron sight accuracy at pistol-practical ranges and the polymer grips keep the overall package light. Combining Pioneer Arms historic Polish manufacturing legacy with American made customizable components the Hellpup PRO brings AK reliability into a modern accessory-ready pistol for the 21st century.
