Nosler Varmageddon Features The Nosler Varmageddon FB-TIPPED bullet is purpose-built for varmint shooters who want explosive expansion at the moment of impact. Its jacket is engineered to open violently on contact and the combination of a special lead alloy core with a copper alloy jacket gives the bullet the terminal performance varmint hunters rely on for quick humane results. At .224 inch diameter and 50 grains this bullet suits fast flat-shooting .22 caliber varmint rifles where velocity and bullet construction work together to maximize energy transfer on small thin-skinned game. The flat base tipped design also promotes consistent predictable flight characteristics downrange. Each box contains 100 bullets giving reloaders enough projectiles to work up loads and spend a serious amount of time in the field or at the range without needing to restock constantly. These Varmageddon bullets are reloading components only intended to be seated into cases with appropriate propellant and primers rather than sold as finished ammunition. Nosler s reputation for consistent bullet construction and reliable expansion makes this an attractive option for handloaders chasing accuracy and terminal performance in their varmint rifles.
