Iver Johnson Pump Features The Iver Johnson Pump shotgun is built around a 28 inch vent rib barrel with a smooth bore and a 3 inch chamber allowing it to cycle both 2-3/4 inch and 3 inch 12 gauge shotshells without any adjustment. The pump action is straightforward and rugged giving hunters a dependable cycling system for repeated follow-up shots in the field. A 5-round magazine tube capacity loaded with 2-3/4 inch shells keeps more rounds on hand during an active hunt than a lower-capacity gun would allow. The fiber optic bead front sight paired with an intermediate bead helps the shooter track moving targets quickly in variable light. A synthetic stock and forend finished in a camo pattern help the shotgun blend into blinds and ground cover while checkering on the forend improves grip in wet or gloved hands. A rubber butt pad helps manage felt recoil across a long day of shooting and the 48 inch overall length with a 14.5 inch length of pull keeps the gun balanced and comfortable to shoulder. The vent rib barrel helps dissipate heat and reduce mirage during rapid repeat shots. For waterfowl and upland hunters who want a 5-round pump shotgun with a durable camo finish the Iver Johnson Pump delivers a field-ready package.
