Hiperfire AK Mark-1 Trigger Features The Hiperfire Mark 1 trigger for AK-Platform rifles is a single stage design machined from heat treated alloy steel giving it the strength to handle sustained use without losing its crisp consistent break. A semi drop in installation keeps the upgrade process straightforward for AK owners avoiding the need for extensive fitting work typically associated with AK trigger swaps. The curved trigger shoe is shaped for a natural comfortable finger placement that supports better trigger control under recoil. A finish of black manganese phosphate protects the trigger components against corrosion through heavy use. Pull weight on the Mark 1 comes in around 2 pounds though the exact feel depends somewhat on the specific spring the shooter installs giving some room to tune the trigger to personal preference. A short strong reset lets the shooter get back on target quickly for faster more controlled follow up shots compared to a stock AK trigger group. This combination of a lighter break and a positive reset gives AK shooters meaningfully improved precision for both range use and more demanding shooting applications. For AK owners looking to move beyond a stock trigger the Hiperfire Mark 1 offers a straightforward drop in path to a noticeably better trigger pull.
