Higdon Outdoors Magnum Duck Butt Mallard Features The Higdon Outdoors Magnum Duck Butt Mallard uses a weighted keel to keep each decoy riding naturally and settling into a feeding posture quickly once it hits the water. That stability means less time adjusting the spread and more time watching for birds since the oversized foam filled body holds its position in wind and current. The proprietary UV painting process keeps the plumage looking natural under a wide range of light conditions which matters most on bright bluebird days when ducks get a long look at a spread before committing. Because the paint resists peeling and fading the decoys keep that realistic look through repeated seasons of hauling setting and breaking down. Higdon s XHD Hyper-Feathering carving technique etches individual feather detail into the foam body minimizing the unnatural glare that can spook wary birds on calm water. The package includes one Mallard Drake and one Mallard Hen giving a hunter an instant pair to anchor a feeding motion spread or round out a larger rig. As an officially licensed Ducks Unlimited product a percentage of the purchase supports wetland conservation efforts that help maintain the habitat these birds depend on. Built foam filled and totally bulletproof this two-decoy set is a practical choice for waterfowl hunters who want durable realistic decoys for sale at GrabAGun.
