Higdon Outdoors Legacy Pintail Features The Higdon Outdoors Legacy Pintail decoy was redesigned from the ground up by a world champion carver resulting in a magnum body measuring 16 inches from tip to tail in the upright drake posture. Each decoy is molded as a one-piece foam-filled body giving it durability in the field while keeping the design simple and consistent across the set. A weighted keel helps the decoy sit naturally and stabilize on the water reducing unnatural spinning or tipping in wind and current. Higdon s proprietary UV paint process ensures the color scheme remains vivid and true under the full spectrum of natural lighting conditions hunters encounter from dawn through midday. The Hyper XD feather detailing adds another layer of realism replicating the fine texture and color transitions found on a live pintail which helps draw in wary birds from greater distances. Sold in a six-pack this set gives hunters enough magnum decoys to anchor a realistic spread without needing to mix in decoys from other product lines. Each decoy weighs approximately 1.7 pounds thanks to its foam-filled construction adding stability without making the set overly cumbersome to transport. Built from thirty years of field testing and refinement the Higdon Outdoors Legacy Pintail Magnum Foam-Filled Duck Decoys sold six to a set are available for sale at GrabAGun for serious waterfowl hunters.
